In Airborne we leap high into the atmosphere in the cockpit of a jet airliner. The film is a distillate of some seventy flights over Europe (130 hours of flying), through swiftly changing light and weather conditions. I was particularly fascinated by the relationships of the natural world framed by the cockpit windows and the complex computerized navigation.
